No. Rippling Support focuses on resolving individual tickets, and implementation reviews are typically limited to initial setup. Our Healthcheck is an independent, end-to-end audit of how your Rippling environment is configured and operating today, with a focus on risk, efficiency, and scalability.

Who performs the Healthcheck?

The work is led by an intermediate to senior Rippling consultant with deep experience across payroll, HRIS, benefits, and integrations. This is not junior analysis or automated tooling—you are working directly with practitioners who have implemented and remediated complex Rippling environments.

How long does a Rippling Healthcheck take?

Most Healthchecks are time-boxed and completed within a few weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your Rippling environment. The total effort is scoped upfront to ensure clarity and predictability.

Do you make changes in Rippling as part of the Healthcheck?

The Healthcheck itself is diagnostic. We identify issues and recommend remediation paths, but changes are only made with your explicit approval and are typically handled as a follow-on engagement.
