You will get your own VRP Delivery Manager who works alongside you to understand your project needs, ways of working, client expectations and project deliverables to identify and support resource on-boarding.
We work in cooperation with your stakeholders to identify the challenges and key requirements for your HCM program, including Payroll, IT, Spend and Global employment functions (as applicable). We map out your business processes and evaluate your current technical setup to identify errors, security vulnerabilities, risks, and limitations.


Once the challenges have been identified, we will propose an implementation plan, module priority, roadmap, testing schedule and training approach. We estimate and prioritize the scope of work and mobilize a delivery team to get the job done.
