How we engage

You will get your own VRP Delivery Manager who works alongside you to understand your project needs, ways of working, client expectations and project deliverables to identify and support resource on-boarding.

Our Implementation Methodology

1. Discovery

We work in cooperation with your stakeholders to identify the challenges and key requirements for your HCM program, including Payroll, IT, Spend and Global employment functions (as applicable). We map out your business processes and evaluate your current technical setup to identify errors, security vulnerabilities, risks, and limitations.

2. Design

Once the challenges have been identified, we will propose an implementation plan, module priority, roadmap, testing schedule and training approach. We estimate and prioritize the scope of work and mobilize a delivery team to get the job done.

3. Configuration and development

Our teams can run either an agile or waterfall methodology depending on your needs. During configuration, we conduct show and tell workshops to highlight new requirements and react quickly to implement the new scope of the project. Our quality assurance testers complete manual and automatic tests to ensure you have a robust solution that best meets end-user needs.

4. Deployment

Once configuration has been signed off with user acceptance testing, we invite users/admins to the system. We provide end-user documentation and training to ensure complete adoption of the new system or functionalities. When working alongside Rippling, we align schedules to a standardized implementation flow.

5. Post-go live support

We can provide ongoing support to walk you through the post-deployment phase. We help in your Rippling journey to deliver a high user adoption and resolve any challenges should they arise, to ensure you have a smooth implementation.

Do you handle payroll setup and validation?

Yes. Payroll is a core focus of our work. We support US, Canadian payroll and select international payroll, time and attendance validation, parallel runs, and compliance checks to ensure payroll is configured and tested correctly before go-live.

Can you take over a stalled or problematic implementation?
